Cleaning Up My Online Identity

Over the next couple days I will be unfollowing people on Twitter and unfriending people on (my personal) Facebook if I don't actually know them. :(

At first I was totally excited about following as many people as I could, watching this "executive" family grow, but unfortunately, now my feeds are inundated with inside jokes between people I don't know, news for which I have not enough context to feel its impact, and even often updates in languages I don't understand. In the process, I'm missing news and updates that actually concerns me and even my show. :/

I know many people are super excited that I'm following them, and that's awesome, so if it's important to you that I stay your friend on facebook or twitter, please leave me a comment telling me so. Feel free! I think the people who bother commenting on this post are the ones who need to be followed the most!

Message Regarding My Twitter

For those of you who are interested in following my Twitter, please do.

However, it's worth noting that I participate in rushes to promote artists that I support and certain fan organized trending efforts. Therefore, at certain times, my feed may rush with many retweets with hashtags, such as #ProudofJYJ.

I realize that this may be annoying to some, but this is something that I do to support my community of viewers and our fandoms. It keeps my connected with my viewers as we work to achieve our collective goals.

This rushes will come in short bursts, and they shouldn't occur too often.
