I goofed a little on the math in this vlog, but let me break down some numbers for ya.
There are lots of rumors about how artists get screwed when they sell records, but since I'm indie to the core, I'm not.
For every iTunes song sale, I get .35 cents. For every Amazon song sale, I get .31. (This is after my 50% split with Tommy.) Long story short, in order to make back the $1680 that this project cost, I need to sell 5600 songs - or 560 albums.
Can we do it? BUY AND REBLOG. IT'S IN YOUR HANDS EXECUTIVES.
Due to unforeseen technical issues, there will be a delay on the music video release. Hopefully it will be up tomorrow. And as far as I know, the album should be released on time.
Sorry for the stupid use of language. I mean, honestly, are technical issues ever foreseen?
