You didn't change your personality for this short film. The character you chose would have been more amusing if you'd have tossed your pride out the window.
I'd imgine you more of the producer type, then you'd have your idol, you have a designer, and then you have the manager. With those characters I think you 4 can come up with more comical skits and more natural improvisions or maybe I'm just talking out of my ass.
